Velryx Digital Assets & VIP Membership Program — Master Terms & Conditions

This storefront and its associated programs are operated by VIS CURA EL LLC, doing business as Velryx ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to any user ("You", "Customer", or "Member") who purchases any digital asset or enrolls in our VIP Membership Program. By executing a transaction on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which supplement our general Website Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. Please read carefully.

Updates to Terms We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on our website. It is your responsibility to review updates periodically. Continuing to purchase assets or maintain a membership after changes means you accept the new Terms.

Eligibility You must be 18 years or older to purchase digital assets or join the VIP Program. We do not offer products or memberships to minors.

Digital Delivery & Fulfillment Framework (All Products & Assets) Because Velryx specializes exclusively in non-tangible digital goods delivered electronically, all standalone guides, educational strategy materials, checklists, and business workflow documentation are delivered via immediate, automated digital fulfillment.

  • Instant Confirmation Access: Upon successful credit card authorization and payment processing, a secure digital download link will instantly generate on your order confirmation screen.

  • Automated Email Dispatch: Simultaneously, an automated transactional email containing secure access and download links for all purchased files will be dispatched immediately to your registered email address.

  • Fulfillment Data Logging: Velryx maintains automated fulfillment records including transaction timestamps, download access logs, IP access records, and email dispatch confirmations for fraud prevention, compliance verification, and dispute-resolution purposes.

  • No Physical Distribution: No physical media, paper documentation, or physical goods will be packaged, shipped, or delivered. It is the Customer's strict responsibility to provide an accurate, functioning email address at checkout to ensure seamless asset delivery. Customer acknowledges that all products sold through Velryx are non-tangible digital goods delivered electronically.

Free Trial & Automatic Conversion Disclosure Velryx may offer eligible customers a 7-day promotional VIP Membership trial. By actively selecting and separately confirming enrollment into our VIP Membership Program prior to purchase completion, you expressly authorize Velryx to automatically begin a recurring subscription unless canceled before the trial period expires.

  • Unless canceled before the end of the 7-day trial period, your selected payment method will automatically be charged $39.99 USD every 30 days for continued VIP Membership access.

  • The exact recurring billing amount, billing frequency, trial duration, and cancellation instructions are presented clearly during checkout prior to enrollment confirmation.

  • Promotional trial eligibility is strictly limited to one trial per customer, household, payment method, and/or billing profile.

  • Customers may cancel at any time before the 7-day trial expiration to avoid future charges. No cancellation fees or penalties apply.

Enrollment & Billing By completing checkout, the Customer provides express informed consent to recurring billing terms, including the recurring billing frequency, charge amount, cancellation procedures, and future automatic renewals unless canceled.

  • Charges will appear on your billing statement as "VELRYX" or a similar business descriptor.

  • Velryx may issue courtesy reminder notifications prior to recurring billing initiation or renewal updates.

  • Velryx does not utilize hidden continuity billing, deceptive free-trial conversions, or pre-checked subscription enrollment mechanisms.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time with zero penalties by emailing support@velryx.store or calling +1 (307) 387-4050.

VIP Membership Program Benefits As an active Member of the Velryx VIP platform, you receive continuous, secure digital access to our premium digital depository, including:

Subscription Cancellation Protocols You may cancel your membership at any time, for any reason. Cancellations are processed immediately upon verification, your access will remain valid until the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again. You may cancel by:

  • Calling us at +1 (307) 387-4050 during active business hours (9am – 5pm EST, Mon–Sat).

  • Utilizing the self-service cancellation button inside your secure customer account dashboard portal.

Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee Velryx maintains a transparent 14-day refund review policy for qualifying purchases, subject to verification of the original transaction details.

  • Following conversion from a promotional trial, first-time membership billing charges may qualify for refund review within 14 days of the initial recurring payment date.

  • Refund eligibility applies strictly to first-time membership charges and qualifying standalone digital asset purchases made within the preceding 14 days.

  • Velryx reserves the right to deny refund requests involving system abuse, excessive refund activity, or evidence of asset misuse.

General Conditions We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to anyone for any reason, at any time, specifically if fraudulent use or unauthorized system entry is suspected.

Accuracy of Information You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current billing and contact information during enrollment and to update it as necessary to complete transactions and allow us to communicate with you regarding your digital delivery.

Prohibited Uses & Licensing Boundaries All files, assets, and templates purchased or accessed through Velryx include a commercial usage license for internal business implementation. You agree not to use our proprietary digital assets for unlawful purposes, unauthorized public redistribution, or abusive reverse-engineering of the membership infrastructure. Violation will result in immediate termination of membership access and revocation of digital licenses without a refund.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability All digital services, resources, and downloadable files provided by Velryx are delivered "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Company and its affiliates are not liable for operational damages or financial outcomes arising from your use or implementation of these resources.

Severability & Entire Agreement If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain fully valid. These Terms constitute the full operational agreement regarding digital asset distribution and membership billing.

Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming.
