1. Digital Product Refund Review Policy At Velryx, we provide high-quality digital educational materials and business workflow documentation. Because our products are non-tangible, digital goods delivered electronically, they cannot be physically returned. We maintain a transparent 14-day refund review policy for qualifying purchases, subject to verification of the original transaction details.

Refund eligibility applies strictly to first-time membership charges and qualifying standalone digital asset purchases made within 14 days of the original transaction date.

Velryx reserves the right to deny refund requests involving system abuse, excessive refund activity, or evidence of abuse, fraud, or unauthorized asset distribution.
2. VIP Membership Trial & Renewal Refunds Following the conversion from a 7-day promotional VIP trial to an active subscription, first-time membership billing charges may qualify for a refund review if requested within 14 days of the initial recurring payment date. Subsequent automatic monthly renewals of $39.99 are non-refundable but can be canceled at any time to prevent future billing.

Failure to utilize the cancellation procedures provided prior to a renewal date does not automatically qualify a transaction for refund approval.

Partial refunds, prorated refunds, or credits for partially used billing periods are not guaranteed and remain at the sole discretion of Velryx.

Velryx may issue courtesy reminder notifications prior to subscription renewal or trial conversion billing events.
3. Access Revocation Upon the approval and processing of a refund for any standalone digital product or membership charge, your digital license and security permissions for that content will be immediately deactivated, and access to the VIP digital repository will be revoked.
4. Subscription Cancellation Protocols You may cancel your Velryx VIP Membership at any time with zero penalties or hidden fees. To ensure your payment method is not charged for the subsequent billing cycle, please submit your cancellation request prior to your next scheduled renewal date. Upon cancellation, your membership privileges will remain active until the conclusion of your current 30-day paid billing period, after which access will terminate automatically.
5. How to Initiate a Request To request a refund review or to cancel your recurring membership, please contact our dedicated corporate compliance desk directly to facilitate timely verification and account review. All recurring billing disclosures, trial conversion terms, pricing, and cancellation procedures are displayed clearly during checkout prior to payment authorization.

Billing Descriptor & Account Recognition To prevent billing confusion, please note that all authorized transactions will appear on your credit card or bank statement under the business descriptor "VELRYX".
